IFM Independent Fund Management AG was incorporated in 1996 as the first bank-independent fund management company pursuant to Liechtenstein Law.

IFM offers Financial Institutions, Portfolio-Managers, Trustees and Insurance Companies a neutral platform to establish funds under Liechtenstein Law. Within this legal framework, fund promoters have substantial flexibility in structuring fund products in accordance with their and their clients specific needs.
